Saeed Fathi is an Associate Professor at the University of Isfahan,
Isfahan, Iran. His field of interest is of financial engineering and
corporate finance. He has a significant interest, ability and publications in
the methodological field of meta-analysis. He was born in 1356 and in 1386 he
received his Ph.D. from Tarbiat Modarres University in the field of
management, majoring in financial management. He is a faculty member of
University of Isfahan (Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics,
Department of Management) since 1386, and since 1395 he is the editor in
