About me

Ahad Gholizadeh Manghutay was born in Saraab, Iran. He received the L.L.B. at law and L.L.M. at private law from the Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran, in 1988 and 1991, respectively. He received his Ph.D. at Multinational Companies Law from Delhi University in 1998. He is currently an associate professor at Department of law, University of Isfahan. His main fields of interest include the Commercial law and Civil Procedure.

Fields and Interests

• Commercial Law includig Companies' law, Bankruptcy law, Stock Exchange Law, Securities Law, Competition Law, Electronic Commerce Law, Intellectual Property Law, and so on.
• Civil Procedure including Civil Judgment Enforecment.
